Jeremy S. Baber
Jeremy S. Baber grew up on the West side of Indianapolis and graduated from Speedway High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
For 23 years Jeremy hasbeen dedicated to assisting seriously injured individuals and their families in receiving compensation for medical bills, lost wages, physical and mental injuries, and pain and suffering as the result of the negligence of others. He has successfully prepared and prosecuted to conclusion by pre-suit negotiations, mediations, jury and bench trials over 3,000 claims for Clients. He has represented clients before the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and in Courts in nearly every county in Indiana. He is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
Jeremy S. Baber enjoys hiking and has covered several of the trails in and around the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Indiana State Parks. Most of all he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
