Client was working on a window ledge approximately 18 feet above the ground when the drywall surface on which he was standing caved in causing him to fall to the ground below. Client suffered serious injuries requiring extended hospital stay. The Defendants claimed the client was at fault for standing on the unsupported window ledge. We proved, through expert testimony, that even if this were true, the Defendants should have provided fall protection. This case involved taking numerous depositions, hiring a construction expert, and analysis of several contracts between the General Contractors and Sub-Contractors to establish liability.
